Greta Setian   

Human Services Administrator I

Greta Picture 

Greta Setian has over 30 years of experience in government services. She oversees the Innovation Fund, board operations, planning and policy development, budgetary, and strategic planning. She coordinates implementation of multiple workforce programs that are innovative and demand-driven promoting collaboration and sector partnerships between public, private, education, and labor. She strongly believes that only through this collaborative work that we can shape the development of policies for an inclusive workforce system that is highly coordinated, broadly effective for the widest possible range of jobseekers, and a meaningful source of diverse human resource talent for businesses in our communities. She is an alumna of Coro Workforce Leadership Program and California Workforce Association Executive Bootcamp. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from University of Phoenix.


Jarrod Degonia

Jarrod Degonia assists the Workforce Development Board with policy development and started his career shortly after graduation serving multiple elected officials and government agencies in Ventura and Los Angeles County. He served in the Office of Los Angeles County Supervisor Kathryn Barger as a senior deputy representing the San Fernando Valley on her behalf and as the office's deputy for legislative affairs. He graduated from California Lutheran University with a bachelor's degree in political science and history.
